Please ensure the product is in its original condition for a smooth return process. Please note that returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

To ensure a smooth return process, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full one. This applies to products that display visible signs of use or wear, items that have been damaged or are missing parts due to factors beyond our control, and returns made after the 14-day return window has passed. We strive to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the return process and will evaluate each case individually.
Refund Process
1. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll reach out to you via email to inform you about the outcome of your refund request, including whether it’s been approved or not.
2. If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 4 business days.
3. If you haven’t received your refund within that time, we suggest checking your bank account to verify if it has been processed. If you still don’t see the refund, please contact your bank, as there may be delays on their end.

Exchanges
